a duly incorporated private limited company under the Companies Act, 2013 (India).

This includes, but is not limited to, operations related to:

• Film, Web Series & OTT Production

• Digital Content & Originals

• News & Media Platforms

• Digital Newspaper & Magazine

• Advertising, Brand Promotion & PR

• Film & Artist Database Platforms

• Digital, IT & Platform Services

• Podcasts, Shows, Events & Awards

• Franchise, Licensing & Commercial Partnerships

All invoices, contracts, commercial agreements, subscriptions, advertisements and sponsored services are issued solely in the name of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED, ensuring full legal accountability and compliance.

3. No Government Affiliation or Statutory Authority

Purvanchal Film City Group, its brands, platforms and associations:

• ❌ Do not claim affiliation with any Government body, ministry, board or authority

• ❌ Do not act as a statutory regulator, licensing authority or government-recognized certification body

• ❌ Do not issue government approvals, permissions or legal certifications

All services are private, professional and industry-based, governed by applicable Indian laws and internal policies.

5. Intellectual Property & Brand Protection

All intellectual property, including but not limited to:

• Brand names, logos and trademarks

• Platform names and identities

• Website content, designs and layouts

• Audio-visual content and original productions

• Databases, compilations and digital assets

are the exclusive property of PURVANCHAL FILM CITY PRIVATE LIMITED and/or its respective brand owners, unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized use, copying, reproduction, misrepresentation or commercial exploitation of any brand, content or intellectual property is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action under applicable laws.
